Ibiza, the White Island

After we’ve seen what Gaudi made of Barcelona, we took off to see the so-called White Island. Just 1 hour in the air and we land on the island.

Please be aware of pickpockets from the moment you land. We arrived at midnight and we went to sit in the waiting area. I was looking around and a gang of 5-8 men caught my attention. They were definitely pickpockets working together. Unbelievable and disgusting!

We take a bus and arrive at San Antonio, the second largest town in Ibiza. Don’t miss this town, you have nightclubs everywhere, beach, cheap supermarkets (buy the drinks and get ready to party), nice restaurants and a street called West End (great sideline in shopping). There are fashion boutiques, street stalls and lots of quirky hippie shops.

It’s July, Week 4 in Space club, Ibiza. We have the tickets and we get ready for an Eivissa experience. We leave from San Antonio in the morning and in 20′ by bus we arrive to Eivissa town.

What to see in the capital : Marina Botafoch

Eivissa Old town (Dalt vila)  – great panoramic view

and walk by foot, because you’ll see other interesting things, shops, etc.

Moving on, we take a bus and we already starting to feel like locals. We are now at Playa D’en Bossa, it’s evening and the beach is almost empty. We rest our feet on the beach because in a few hours we have to dance ’till we drop.

Advice: don’t buy your tickets online, in advance, like we did because it’s much more expensive and you can easily buy them cheaper from there. There are boys and girls hired to sell tickets. We paid 50 euros per person for an online tickets when we could pay 30-35 euros pp from there. Space club, the biggest club we’ve been to and the most expensive too. Lots of security, they took our camera battery so we didn’t make photos.

Richie Hawtin, Marcel Dettman, Dixon (debut), Gaiser, Bella Sarris + other Dj’s. Have a look:

The party BLEW.MY.MIND.!!! Amazing!

Yes, Ibiza it’s for clubbing and it can make you spend all your money.

P.S Oh, and of course you get approached by wasted people who are trying to sell or just give you drugs.
